ELLIS ESQ Concierge Services are available throughout Canada and the United States. Our concierge pricing includes standard travel within the U.S. and Canada, including airfare when required, allowing you to enjoy a seamless experience without coordinating travel logistics.

For destinations outside of Canada and the U.S., or for travel requiring special accommodations, a customized concierge quote will be provided prior to booking.

Absolutely. Concierge services may be added at any point during your custom garment journey, subject to availability.

Yes. As a courtesy to our concierge clients, complimentary concierge service is extended to the wedding party for up to three additional members receiving ELLIS ESQ garments during the same appointment.

For wedding parties four or more additional members, additional concierge fees may apply. Your consultant  will be happy to discuss the best option based on your group’s size and schedule.

Hotel accommodations are not included in our concierge package pricing.

For our Signature Consultation Experience and Precision Fitting Experience, our Personal Clothiers typically travel in and out on the same day whenever scheduling and flight availability permit.

Should flight schedules or appointment times require an overnight stay, accommodations will be arranged at a quality hotel conveniently located near the airport or another mutually agreed-upon location. Your Personal Clothier will review these details with you prior to confirming your booking, ensuring complete transparency with no unexpected costs.

For clients reserving our White Glove Concierge Experience for weddings, accommodations are typically required for two nights. Our wedding clients often prefer the peace of mind that comes from having their Personal Clothier arrive the day before the wedding, allowing ample time for final garment preparation, last-minute adjustments, rehearsal support (when applicable), and to ensure we are present well before your wedding day begins.

Because wedding celebrations frequently extend into the evening, departing the same day is often impractical. A second night’s accommodation allows us to remain fully committed to your event while traveling safely the following day.
