Terms & Privacy Policy

WHEREAS, the Company specializes in the production of custom and bespoke suits and any Client who desires to purchase a custom-made suit under the terms and conditions specified herein;

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.1. Custom Suit Details: The Company agrees to produce a custom suit for the Client based on the following specifications:

•Fabric Choice: [Fabric Name/Code]

•Design Features: [List Design Features]

•Measurements: [Attach or Reference Measurement Details]

1.2. Order Confirmation: Production will only commence after the Company has received:

•A signed copy of this Agreement.

•Payment as specified in Section 4.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Measurement Accuracy:

•Measurements taken by the Company or its authorized representatives are guaranteed for accuracy.

•If the Client provides self-measurements or measurements from a third party, the Client assumes full responsibility for any inaccuracies.

2.2. Fabric and Design Approval:

•The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving fabric and design choices at the time of order.

•Changes to fabric or design after order confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

3. PRODUCTION TIMELINE

3.1. Estimated Delivery:

•The standard production timeline is [4–8 weeks], starting from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.

3.2. Delays:

•The Company will notify the Client of any delays due to fabric availability, shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
